We went for breakfast at at Anson Road Dim Sum house after our golf game was preempted by untimely rain. The place was crowded, so we managed to share a table with a couple. The lady is a mutual friend of BA. And the husband happens to be another tea lover.
He as recommending a tek loh han (vs the more commonly available tek kuan yin). 
It is time to do research on this new type of tea.
